DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed before 3pm each business day are packed and sent the same day. Delivery for Australian capital cities and
major metro areas, takes 1-3 days.
Regional Australia areas, takes 2-5 days.
If you have not received your items within 5 business days of making your order, please check if you have received a delivery notice and follow the instructions to obtain your parcel.
Or if you have not received a delivery notice within 5 days, then please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card with instructions of how to obtain your parcel.

All international orders are sent with DHL Express.
All delivery costs are flat rate, and charged in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

DELIVERY TIME
* These are DHL Express delivery times for metro/city areas. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance or delivery outside metro areas. Estimated delivery time is from date shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. All orders are shipped the same day that are made before 1pm (Sydney, Australia Time) Monday to Friday. Orders made after 1pm will be shipped the next working day.
DELIVERY & ORDER COST
The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. All charges are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Currency conversions will depend on the days exchange rate which will be provided by Paypal, and your bank for credit card payments.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We use DHL for all international deliveries, which is an express worldwide service and fully trackable. You will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
