RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your online purchase. However, if you do need to send something back to us, please ensure the item is unworn, unwashed and in the original state of purchase, including tags. No swimming items, or underwear will be accepted back unless it was sent faulty.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only available for faulty items. We offer a store credit, minus original shipping charges, for all other reasons which will be sent to you via email and have up to 12 months to use on new Morrisday styles.
FAULTY POLICY
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for return packages. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery back to us.
Once your return arrives at the return address, please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
SALE ITEMS
