    Digital Marketing Specialist

    The Opportunity:

    As one of the fast growing fashion brands in Australia, Morrisday The Label is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

    This role will Include:

    • Managing content for Company websites including all updates or work with the team to allocate the content creation
    • Hands-on experience and strategic thinking in the use tools and areas of Google Analytics, SEO, content marketing, AdWords / SEM / Display Ads, email marketing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and WeChat
    • SEO and SEM management
    • Setup, segmentation, testing and sending of small to large scale email campaigns
    • Plan and execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns, programs and events for sales and marketing opportunity growth
    • Build strong integrated digital marketing strategies around content marketing, AdWords / SEM / Display Ads, email marketing and social media to drive lead generation programs.
    • Strong budget management and ROI measurement skills
    • Developing PR and social media strategies, drawing up short and long term plans driving relevant website traffic, revenue and provide brief for internal and external PR coordinator to follow
    • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
    • Generate, edit, publish and create mailchimp strategy (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages our newsletters subscribers to take action, grow our current newsletters data base
    • Set up and optimise company website within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
    • Establish monthly digital PR plan and communicate with PR coordinators for implementation and monitor the outcome
    • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics through Google Analytics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
    • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage brand awareness, identify potential audience, coordinate actions and grow the brands digital presence to a wider relevant audienceDuties And Responsibilities Include

    The successful candidate will have:

    • Minimum 3 years experience with social media marketing
    • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
    • E-commerce experience highly regarded, preferred experience in FB marketing and google ad adwords etc.
    • Capability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
    • High attention to detail and ability to learn new skills quickly

     Areas of expertise required:

    • SEO, SEM and Remarketing management
    • Extensive FACEBOOK and google ad words
    • Social media marketing
    • Relevant digital marketing experience in fashion retail ecommerce and shopify
    • Email marketing campaign creation
    • SMS marketing subscription
    • Content writing for website & marketing campaigns
    • Collate and measure success of campaigns

    Fashion Intern

    The Opportunity:

    As one of the fast growing fashion brands in Australia, Morrisday The Label is seeking an enthusiastic Fashion Intern to join our dynamic team and assist in all areas of the business.                                         

    The successful candidate will have:

    • Have a visual eye for aesthetic detail
    • Competency in the Adobe suite (i.e. Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
    • Have an interest in fashion
    • Have complete competency and understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and Google+
    • Must have a regular availability over the course of 3 months      
    • Must be willing to learn and have a strong sense of responsibility

    This role will include:

    • Researching online content for trends
    • Help with photo shoots/flat lays
    • Compiling product shots for social media promotion
    • Sourcing external content for social media
    • Editing Images
    • Creating Moodboards  
    • Scheduling social media content according to plan
    • Working closely with the Design Team
    • Assisting with print artwork set up
    • General administrative tasks

    Preferred Experience:

    • Studying/completed a degree or diploma in Fashion Design or Graphic Design
    • Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design - Intermediate level

    For US and international customers, our size runs one size smaller in general on line. For example, a standard size Australian size S in Morrisday will be equivalent to US size XS. For detailed measurement please refer to the sizing measurement box below. 

    All product descriptions on our website provide garment measurements, model's height, and the size garment the model wears and highlights any differences to the standard sizing.

    How to Measure

    1. BUST - Measure around your chest at the fullest part of your bra cup.
    2. WAIST - Measure around the smallest part of your waistline.  You will find it above your navel and below your rib cage.
    3. HIPS - Measure 20cm down from the natural waistline
